The Sathel Ballybrit Strategic Housing Development (SHD) Project was a residential development involving the construction of 102 units, consisting of 13 houses, 34 duplexes, and 55 apartments. Located in Clai Mor, Monivea Road, Ballybrit, Co. Galway, the project was valued at €23 million, reflecting its significance and the investment involved.
