The project centred around the development of a large-scale residential community at the Carriglea Industrial Estate, Naas Road, Dublin 12. This ambitious development included the construction of 371 residential units, along with a dedicated crèche facility, and comprehensive ancillary drainage and siteworks to support the overall infrastructure. The total project value was €68.1 million, highlighting its scale and complexity.
