OCF Project & Commercial Management was commissioned by an international investment fund to oversee the full refurbishment of two 3-story Georgian buildings in central Dublin, elevating them to a ‘trophy asset’ standard. The project involved comprehensive property development consultancy to revive these historic structures.
OCFPM managed the revitalisation of a complex of 10 terraced 3-bedroom units in two blocks, which had been vacant and in disrepair for six years. Brought in by the receivership, OCFPM led this property transformation project from the initial stage to the handover and completion.
