OCFPM have previously obtained planning permission for this project which consists of 6 No 1 bed apartments, a Meeting room and a Recycling Centre. Limerick City & County Council are providing funding for this social housing scheme.

OCFPM are working in Conjunction with Cuan Mhuire In the project management of this site. The design team consists of AOCA Engineering Consultants, MJ Turley Quantity Surveyors, Galileo Energy (M&E) and Anello Architects.

The main contractor is OCCO Construction with Buckley Group as the main Sub Contractor.

Contract Value is €926,000 with a projected completion date of May 2018.
