Wallers Well Roxboro was a project undertaken by OCF as part of the comprehensive property development consultancy. The project was under Receivership and consisted of 10 terraced 3-bed units in two blocks. The buildings were in a dilapidated state for 6 years before OCF was brought to manage the property.

OCF carried out an initial assessment & feasibility cost-benefit analysis of the units to determine the extent of works required to complete the units and associated site works. The developmental works were then undertaken by OCF after brokering a deal between the Limerick City & County Council and BDO. The project was completed on a fast-track basis and was ready for occupancy within 4 months.
