Planning Granted for New Development at Kilmallock GAA

Planning Granted

OCFPM are delighted to announce that full planning permission has been granted to our client Kilmallock GAA for a new development at their main sports grounds in the town.

Phase 1

Phase 1 of the new development plans consist of the redevelopment of the old dressing rooms & toilet areas into a new ladies, gents and disabled access toilets, new shop and seating area.

Phase 2

Phase 2 of the works is the proposed new club house area. The new works are being built into the existing grass bank behind the town goals. The development will consist of a new terraced viewing area, state of the art dressing rooms, meeting rooms, gym area to serve Kilmallock GAA into the 21st century.

OCFPM’s Architectural team worked with our client to come up with a vision for the proposed development. As a result the proposed works will meet the clients requirements currently and future proof the development. Our Quantity Surveying team, in conjunction with the client and our design team, produced budget costings on the project.

OCFPM’s team entered into consultation process with the Local Authority Planners. Therefore though a further information submission which incorporated external drainage issues, lighting issues in the existing car park area and 3rd party observations on the original planning application a final solution was put in place to allow the final grant of planning.
