Bedford Row Limerick City

Drone footage of the construction of Boutique Café and Town House in Limerick City. The Bedford is due to open in early September 2018 and will consist of 12 bedrooms and café.

DNCF were appointed as the main contractor in March 2018 to complete the construction works including demolitions & strip out, construction of new lift shaft and stairwell, M&E installation, fitout and decoration etc. Throughout the entire project, Limerick Travel remains open for business.

OCFPM have been involved from initial feasibility stage to completion and have carried the following;
