The founders of OCF recognised that property development is highly challenging because developers or investors had to coordinate with multiple consultants to get a comprehensive understanding. OCF was formed by experts with specific experience in different parts of the property lifecycle to provide a 360° advisory for developing a property. The teams provide solutions from feasibility studies to project management for property development. The integrated team of specialists provide valuable advisory on undertaking planning applications, ensuring statutory compliances, provide cost plans for various options for development to delivering the project, all under one roof.
OCF Group
The OCF group was formed in 2014 after the directors of OCF incorporated DNCF Building & Civil Solutions Ltd. to provide service as a General Contractor. This was shortly followed by the formation of OCF International Management Ltd to provide the consulting expertise to global markets.
The various firms within the OCF Group work in complete synergy to provide their clients with the total property development and construction works in Ireland and the UK.
