Tony Fitzgerald, a founding member of OCFPM, brings over 24 years of continuous experience in the construction industry since his qualification in 1999. With extensive expertise, Tony plays a crucial role in guiding OCF’s projects and upholding the firm’s commitment to excellence in service and client satisfaction.
Founding member and Director of OCF Project & Commercial Management, Donal is a Chartered Engineer with over 18 years of experience in the Irish and UK construction industries. Known for his dynamic, proactive leadership, he drives OCFPM’s multidisciplinary growth and consistently delivers outstanding results for clients.
Richard joined OCFPM in July 2018 as a Project Manager and rapidly advanced to Operations Director. With over 20 years of comprehensive construction industry experience, Richard oversees OCFPM’s daily operations, adopting a hands-on approach. Known for consistently meeting client requirements with high satisfaction, he is instrumental in driving project success and operational excellence at OCFPM.
Martina joined OCFPM in 2012 as an Administrator and has since advanced to Office and HR Manager. With over 22 years of professional experience, she ensures the seamless operation of the office and brings valuable expertise in stakeholder management, contributing significantly to OCFPM’s positive working culture.
Steven joined OCFPM in 2015 and became Senior Property Assessor/Engineer in 2018. He specialises in statutory compliance for a wide range of assets, including commercial, retail, residential, institutional, and hospitality properties. Steven’s expertise includes compliance reviews for Planning Permission, Building Regulations, Fire Service Act, and Housing Regulations, as well as due diligence assessments for asset transactions. Known for his precision, Steven effectively assesses project needs to deliver solutions that meet both project and client objectives.
Anthony joined OCFPM in April 2018 and now leads the Lender Monitoring division, overseeing projects ranging from €1m to €67m. With over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial projects, he specializes in quantity surveying, lender monitoring, and due diligence for new developments. Anthony has pioneered a unique bank monitoring approach at OCFPM, integrating engineering and quantity surveying perspectives and collaborating with major funders in the Irish market.
